Team
Our story begins with three founders who bring together more than 50 years of professional experience, including over 35 years of active work in recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition, sales and customer service. Before moving into the search profession, we spent most our careers within corporate organisations—working close to the realities of growth, operational delivery, leadership accountability, customer expectations and commercial performance.
One of our partners brings extensive academic experience and has consulted with organizations on talent mapping, competitive benchmarking, competency assessment, and job-role restructuring. Her research-driven perspective enables MNG People First Consulting to help organizations understand talent markets, benchmark roles and capabilities, and align job structures with evolving business needs, strengthening their overall talent strategy and hiring outcomes.
